About us

We are Fam. Ilicic — and nothing makes us happier than sharing our corner of the Kitzbühel Alps with you.

Our roots reach across two countries: my wife is from Croatia, I am from Austria, born and raised here in the mountains around Kitzbühel. She is the heart of the house and your host, the one who makes sure every stay feels like coming home. Together we are raising our two children here, in the same fresh air and wide meadows our guests come to enjoy.

Because we have two small children of our own, we have made the whole place genuinely kid- and family-friendly — the kind of home we would want to arrive at as a family. The idea is simple: parents get to truly relax, while the little ones have room to play and plenty of fun. My own background is in artificial intelligence and machine learning, which is why booking, check-in and everything around your stay is designed to be simple and seamless, while my wife takes care of the warm, personal side of being your host. We live right here on site, so you always have someone to turn to — for a trail tip, a dinner reservation or an extra pair of ski boots. We speak German, English and Croatian, and we welcome every guest the way we would like to be welcomed ourselves.
